Delivery
NAME LABELS
Standard Delivery - The standard delivery time is 2 - 3 weeks but please allow a maximum of
28 days as you will appreciate that the products are personalised/printed in Japan and despatched to us
by international courier. Once your products arrive in the U.K., they will be posted to you by 1st class
Royal Mail on the same day.
Split Delivery - If you order more than one type of product, you may receive a split delivery,
with the products that can be produced more quickly delivered to you faster. At no extra cost.
FLEECE SLEEPER
Standard Delivery - 5-7 days but please allow a maximum of 2 weeks in case the products are
temporarily out of stock at the time of ordering.
Please note that our website is accessible 24 hours a day but our office hours are 9am - 5pm, Monday to Friday.
If you place an order outside of our office hours it will be handled on the next working day.
We endeavour wherever possible to despatch orders as quickly as possible, particularly when you have important deadlines
such as return to school dates.
