Return of the products
- We hope you are happy with our product(s) however if you’d like to return the product(s) back to us for any reasons, please contact us immediately by telephone, e-mail etc. within 2 weeks of receipt of product(s).
- For personalised name labels, we can only accept the product(s) to be returned or exchanged if supplied faulty. We regret that we cannot accept return of the labels for wrong spelling of the names supplied to us and/or failure to apply the labels sufficiently e.g. did not follow the instruction provided with the product(s).

In case of acceptable return/exchange of the products, we will send you a refund or replacement whichever you request.
